🚀 SHIPPING & LAUNCH PAD DELIVERY Upon receiving your order, we embark on a journey through space and time to process and ship it within 1-5 Martian business days, which curiously aligns with Pacific Time. Note that orders placed after 1 PM PST (or 4 PM Earth's Eastern Time) embark on their processing journey the following business day. For Earthly orders, we collaborate with FedEx, UPS, and USPS, while interplanetary orders find their way through DHL or USPS International. Keep in mind, no shipping or processing occurs during weekends on Mars (weekends are sacred here too), except during special Earth occasions like Christmas.

US SHIPPING: Standard shipping voyages take 10-14 Martian shipping days, while express missions are completed in 3-9 Martian shipping days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Timing varies based on cosmic conditions and shipping rates.

Always remember, whether you're ordering from Earth or elsewhere, to allow 1-5 Martian business days for us to process your order. If your order seems to be taking longer than expected to reach your planet, do not hesitate to contact us for an interstellar update on its status.

📍 LOCAL MARTIAN PICKUP As soon as your order is ready to leave the launch pad, you'll get an email or text. You can pick it up Monday to Friday, from 9 AM PST to 3:30 PM PST. Just show us your order number and a valid Earth government-issued identification that matches the name on the order.

🌐 LOCAL ROVER DELIVERY (COMING SOON) If you're within a 40-mile radius of our nearest Martian facility, we can arrange a Rover delivery! There's a flat fee (subject to change, depending on Martian fuel prices), and you can choose your delivery time - right away or scheduled. You'll get a text message when the order is rolling towards you.

🚀 EXPRESS INTERPLANETARY SHIPPING Orders placed on Earth's Friday before 1 PM PST (or 4 PM EST) will arrive on the next business day. In Earth's terms, that's Monday! And we do Saturday deliveries (if chosen) for those weekend hangout plans.

🇺🇸 EARTH (US) ORDERS Once your order's fueled up and launched, you'll receive an email or text (subject to Earth's carrier or data rates) with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 Martian hours for it to enter the carrier’s system. Packages will be delivered Monday to Saturday (if Saturday delivery is chosen).

🌍 INTERPLANETARY ORDERS For orders from outside the US, we ship via DHL or USPS International. Costs will be calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and item(s). Just to clarify, we don't charge or cover customs duties fees and taxes.

🌐 INTERPLANETARY CUSTOMS You're responsible for understanding the import regulations for your planet. Once the order leaves our Martian premises, we can't be responsible for interplanetary customs delays. If your order is denied entry into your planet, we suggest you attempt to get the items sent back to us, and we'll refund your order less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

🚀 WHAT IS WARP SPEED SHIPPING? It's the Martian version of expedited shipping! Your order will be verified, tailored, quality checked, packaged, and launched within 24 Martian hours. Note: For effective rush processing, the order must be submitted and charged before 1 PM PST (4 PM EST) Monday to Friday.

📍 CHANGE OF LANDING SITE Your shipping address can only be changed if the order has not been fulfilled. If it's already in motion, please contact the shipping carrier to reroute to an alternate address.

🌕 ORDER ABORT MISSION Due to our swift Martian supply chain, we can't accept any order cancellations.
