US SHIPPING
Standard shipping takes 15-25 shipping days. Express shipping takes 3-9 shipping days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Depends on current shipping rates and customs processing time.

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. 

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. 

We know just how much you want your order to arrive on time. Seconds after you place your order, it goes straight to our warehouse for processing so unfortunately, this means making changes to your order can often be difficult. If you contact our customer service team, with your order number and correct address, we can see where your order is, but we can not guarantee that your order will be cancelled or changed.

As soon as your order is processed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or text with your tracking info so you can keep tabs on the delivery status.

In rare cases, orders may be delayed due to holidays, backorders or natural disasters.

We advise that you check with your surrounding neighbors. If no one has seen your package, wait three business days, and then contact the carrier service. Depending on the courier, packages can sometimes be marked as delivered while in transit, so don't freak out! If you still haven't found/received your package, you can email our customer service team at hi@shoptatmars.com for assistance.

We are very sorry to hear that you've received a faulty or incorrect item.

So we can rectify the issue ASAP, please shoot us a message at hi@shoptatmars.com with the following info: Your name, Your order number, Product name and/or code (this can be found on your order confirmation email) along with a Picture of the fault / incorrect item.

We have a 30 day refund policy. If you placed an order and would like a refund, we will refund it if we have not shipped it out.

Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear on your statement.

We do not refund delivery charges on any orders.

We don't accept exchanges at this time, but we will send you a new product as a replacement if deemed the carrier's fault.
