Cosmic Returns and Star Exchanges

At ShopAtMars.com, we aim to provide an out-of-this-world experience, even when things don't go exactly as planned. Please review our return and exchange policies carefully to ensure a smooth process.


Lunar Return Policy:

In order to maintain the interstellar quality and cleanliness of our products, and given the nature of our "print on-demand" production line, we have a strict no-return policy. This means we can't accept returns unless there's an issue with product quality or a mix-up in your order.


Martian Exchanges:

If you find yourself with a product that seems like it took a wrong turn at the Kuiper Belt (a defective or incorrect item), you might be eligible for an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please transmit a message to our customer support team at hi@shopatmars.com within 14 Earth days of receiving the item. Our space-savvy support crew will guide you through the process.

The item eligible for exchange should be as fresh as Martian air, unused, in its original condition, and still in its original packaging. We may need some proof of your voyage (purchase), such as the order number and relevant details to plot the coordinates for your exchange request.

Please bear in mind that exchanges hinge on our current star-stocked inventory. If the requested item is out of stock, we'll navigate the galaxies to find you a suitable replacement or provide you with a store credit for future space exploration.

We recommend securing a tracking number for your return spacecraft (package), as we can't be held responsible for those that get lost in the vastness of transit.


Orbiting Refunds (if applicable)

Our mission is to ensure every order is successful. However, in the unlikely event that we're unable to fulfill your order, we'll initiate the refund protocols. Once approved, we'll process your refund, and the credit will auto-navigate back to your original method of payment within a certain number of Earth days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't detected a refund in your account yet, please don't panic! First, recheck your bank's status. It might be that your refund is still orbiting in financial space. If the refund is still not on your radar, kindly reach out to us at hi@shopatmars.com. We're here to help!
